The Philosopher Kings are a duet featuring two well known artists in the Central New York region.  We both have years of experience playing in live bands - everything from a full five piece rock band to solo gigs.  We play both covers and originals in a two piece band featuring vocals, acoustic guitar and a small assortment of drums and percussion. Our playlist covers everything from the 60's to the 2000's and some originals we have developed over time.

David and Chaz are seasoned professionals and have put together a play list that is sure to get the crowd dancing and singing along with familiar tunes that all ages have enjoyed.

We can adapt to any venue with a laid back presentation which won't overpower the room.  We are focusing on venues that our songs will be heard but won't disrupt the vibe of the environment.  We are professionals that will draw a bigger crowd for your business, party or other event.

We have also provided a link on the menu to some of our archives from our previous band, Pneumata 7 which ceased performances when Covid hit.  At that point we developed a great set of songs for an acoustic band.
